Do not tell him u saw it, breakup with him in a text msg saying its because u cant help feeling turned off by his physique and u wish u can but one can not force physical attraction on himself. In the end, tell him "I hope u can still be friends." Right before sending this, make sure u have ur FB profile pic changed with a hotter guy and wave goodbye to his self-esteem.
