i'm with 55 and 64. i'm 19 and have never been kissed, either :] it's not about not being able to - there will always be SOMEONE who would kiss you if given the opportunity, but some people just respect themselves too much and don't want to settle for someone they're not completely in love [or like] with. i'm not meaning to come off as holier-than-thou or anything, but you know what i mean.. self-respect shouldn't be embarrassing. don't let it get to you, it'll happen when it's meant to happen. :]

it's embarrassing, but you'll get over it i had my first kiss at twelve and was more embarrassed about being pressured into making out with a guy i didn't even really like, i would have much rather waited i'm guessing you're in middle school, early high school? once you get to be about 16 or 17 no one cares "how far you've gone", don't stress

OP: Nobody my age cares one scintilla about those gossip markers of high school. I just thought it would be comforting to know there are many people like you out there. One of my female friends didn't date anybody until they were 27. Really, its pretty common.
