If you went straight out in the text to say "Tell me why you love me" I can understand why he'd be annoyed, and I agree with the people saying it sounds like you ask him stuff like that quite a lot. Which would get a bit annoying. I mean, if you keep asking him to tell you why he loves you, it shows you're insecure and maybe don't feel like he means it. If you're together, then you should already KNOW why he loves you. If you're down...you need to find something else to cheer you up other than asking your boyfriend to tell you why he loves you.
