Today, I discovered an open wound right above my penis. I can’t put a Bandaid on it because the hair down there repels it. There’s something repulsive about seeing something like that on your own body, especially when you just want to jerk off. FML

Please get checked for syphilis, which can cause a painless wound, and if left untreated leads to rash over whole body, then eventually insanity.

I know it's generally awkward, but keeping the wound clean is top priority. shave the area and clean and bandage, and as was already said, go get checked for stds. would also recommend getting checked for infections or other bacterial sources.
