Go buy an even better nerf gun and get him back. Though I advise that you get proof of him shooting you first before you retaliate, that way if he were to try and punish you for it, he wouldn't legally be able to.

That is awesome! Though if he is doing it too often (only do this if you have tried telling him it bothers you and you would like him to please stop), get proof of it and then try to move. If he complains and tries to fire you, you will have the proof of him doing it and that you asked him to stop. Also make sure you have several friends, that you can trust, nearby when you ask him to stop. That way you will have witnesses.
