There are programs out there to help with that. Oh instead of sitting on the toilet drinking wine. Read a pamphlet on alcoholism . Hope this helps.

The good thing is that often people who have problems wont admit it or cant see it, so there is the possibility for you to get past this since you've accepted that you have a problem with alcohol
