Why do ur parents have acess to your acount when youre in college?
As far as I know, my grandma is not listed anywhere on my account and she could still access it. Most banks don't know their costumers on a first name basis, or know them at all, so it's super easy to access someone else's account. All you need is the name and social security number. That's what my bank is like anyway. Neither one is hard to get, especially for a parent/guardian.
Number one... Really? Their in college; 3.8 to be exact but no their defiantly not over eighteen!
Actually it doesn't matter how old the account holder is. If the parents are on the account they can access it whenever wherever they want
I hope you got your money back
what your parents did was immature and illegal. first I would talk to the bank to change your account information. then I would file a police report and press charges against your parents for stealing your money. if they did this with a text you can uar that in court s proof that they did it. best of luck op.
Everyone's saying this is illegal, but it wasn't if one or both parents' names were on the account. My mom's name is still on my account and I'm 25, but she and my dad are extremely well off and only ever transfer money TO my account, not from it, so I don't mind.

Well are you 18 or older? If so, you should have to sign permissions for those things. Report it to your bank. If you're a minor, well, definitely FYL.
Okay, first of all: your life does indeed suck. That's terrible. Second of all: why do they have access to your account? Shut that down, bro.
