Today, I found my checking and savings account to both read $0.00. My parents transferred all my money to theirs because "I'm irresponsible, and not fit to handle money." I'm a 3.8 college student and have a full-time job. They are currently unemployed. FML

Today, I found out that my parents are 28,000 dollars in debt and that my bank account has $27.17 in it. They took my money to help pay their debt. FML

Today, I frantically told my parents that my bank account had no money. Turns out, they took the $1,600 I had saved up from a summer job and invested it in penny-stocks. I was grounded because they were "doing it for the family," and I'm being selfish. They also had lost it all in a matter of days. FML

Today, I checked my bank account that I've been saving money in since I was a kid for college. I have $100 left out of the $10,000 I had last month. Apparently my parents thought buying a pool and an HDTV for themselves was more important than my college education. FML

Today, I was worried because it's July and I still haven't found a summer job, despite applying to 50 places. It was fine, because I remembered my savings account. I told my parents. Instead of being relieved, they said they're going to take the money from me for being lazy, and using it for my tuition, despite promising to pay for it. FML

Today, I found out my mom took around $2,500 from my savings account to pay off my sister's college tuition. She recently flunked out of her studies and won't be returning to college anyway. FML

Today, I have -$700 in my current account, $500 from overdraft fees because I spent money they told me I had. I don't get paid till the 15th and when I cash in my paycheck all of it will go to bringing me even. So the $9 I found in my wallet this morning will have to last me untill the 30th. FML

Wow you need to have them give it back, or sue them or something. I don't really know what legal action you could take, but I'd definitely take their names off my account after this. My dad did something like that several times when I had him on the account. He has millions of $$ though, and he took out the money in cash to go buy booze and hookers (no shit) so it couldn't be traced back to him, and the divorce judge wouldn't see the large cash width drawls in his bank statement. Needless to say, he's no longer on the account, and I don't loan him money.

83 think about it.... if they have a GPA then they had to be goin to class for a semester and even if they're born late in the year then they should have had a b-day before the next year, wouldnt that make since??? Collages dont give you a GPA based on what they think you might do.... The OP is over the age of 18 and YDI for not bein responsible enough with ur money to take your irresponsible parents off of YOUR(???) account....
