Awe that last part was funny

My first car was a 1991 Ford Aerostar with 250k miles, a ton of rust, and dark tinted windows (it was a work been l van used for hauling around PA equipment. I bought it for $845. My friends called it the Date-Rape-Mobile, Dork-Mobile, etc. However, they soon loved it because it could hold 8 people, had working heat and A/C, and a great sound system. They came to love it even more after they'd wrecked their own brand new vehicles which their parents had bought for them and needed a ride.

Why would you care what they think about your ride? Hell, at least you have one.

It sounds like you guys are in high school, so good for you for buying your own car. The type doesn't matter as long as it's a safe vehicle and gets you from point A to point B.

can't be worse than mine I drive a Ford KA it's alright, it can wheel spin and do burn outs. Brake hand turns. it's a car to get you from A to B. Like at least you have a lisence and a car.

I agree with the comments saying as long as it gets from point A to point B safely that's all that matters and also that that sounds like a comment someone without a vehicle would say. Ironically enough, a few years back when I had just graduated high school, two of my friends boasted about how much better the cars they owned in their video games were than mine and how my car was a "total piece of shit". I told them at least my car was a real car and could take me places.
