so what if it's harmful? everyone has their vices. It's their body to screw up, it's their money to spend, and a decision only they have to pay for. The tax smokers pay on a pack is almost 50% of the cost, which is used for a lot of everyday things that non-smokers take advantage of. The only time I would have a problem with smoking is if they were pregnant, otherwise, who is anyone to judge others' decisions?

The anti smoking stance of Fml baffles me. Like really, he deserves this because he's the worst person ever for smoking? Because absolutely none of you are eating unhealthy food, failing to exercise, spending excessive time watching tv or on the computer and of course you don't drink. You can be anti smoking without being a dick about it.

I have no problem with people who want to kill themselves, that's just a highly inefficient way of doing it. And if that shit even comes near me, then it's really only self defense if I punch them in the throat. People don't die from secondhand junk food.

If you're getting obese from junk food, like a lot of people are, it costs the government millions in medical treatment which in turn increases the cost of medical care. Every unhealthy thing has the ability to affect those around you. Smoking is just more visible. Also, perhaps politely ask the person not to smoke near you rather than resort to violence. Assault charges aren't going to do you any good either.
