OP here. Looks like I caused some confusion, so let me clear it up. In the US, the changeable tops of a bottle are called nipples. Basically, a female customer gave my **** a twist.

Ummm sexual harassment???
That is sexual/physical assault, whether you're male or female. Ask your management to review your security tapes & attempt to identify the customer so you can press charges. It may not be successful, but people should learn to physically respect you & your body.
You mean i could have pressed charges in a woman who threw a nice cappuccino sample I made for politely asking her to leave her chihuahua outside the cafe I worked for at the time? If that were the case, half of these "disgruntled customers" would get the can instead of free drink coupons from managers everywhere. Unfortunately, the policy of "customer is always right" breeds these "people", who get rewards for abuse instead of legitimate cases of customer service mess-ups.. These people account for what, 10-20% of all FMLs?.. I feel for you, OP. FYL
What. The F. Is wrong. With. Some. People?.. This is why I'm antisocial.
Twister on aisle five!
I would have sued their ass
