Well you did what you were supposed to do and still got burnt. I guess your only option now is to never go outside unless it's like midnight. Of course with skin that sensitive you might get a moon burn...

Every two hours? You may as well not put any on at all. I have to put sunscreen on every thirty minutes and I still usually get burned. But I'm alao a ginger...
Actually, every two hours is the recommended time to reapply sunscreen, according to an article I read in the paper. Unless you are swimming, sweating, or have amazingly sun-sensitive skin like yourself. I have very pale skin and burn easily, but geez, not thay easily. Actually, now I feel slightly better about my skin. There is someone worse than me and they aren't albino
