Wow that is so wrong of her, I think that you need to sit down with her and tell her that you are not okay with her profiles and how she has lost your trust because you don't know if it is really " just in case" and if she really wants to start to earn your trust back then the first thing she needs to is get rid of those profile's and start from there.

I'd hate to sound negative OP but I doubt it's 'just incase' I suggest seeing a marriage counsellor and go from there.
