you can spend whatever you want on your girlfriend if you love her, i wouldnt expect something in return only her love and support and of course her lips :p
exactly
finally someone who has feelings
return the bracelet get her a ******* toaster oven instead
Unless she works at some high-paying job that allows her to needlessly waste money on over-expensive gifts, YDI for expecting her to shell out hundreds on sun-glasses. Especially if she has bills to pay or other friends or family she plans to purchase gifts for. Her request to you that you not spend too much on her may be an indication that money is tight for her right now, like it is for so many other people.
Return the bracelet, buy yourself the Oakleys, and get her a pair of socks instead.
is it Xmas yet? no... then stop winging and take the gift back and dump the bitch. if u got 700 bucks to spend on that selfish person then take the money and get urself something wicked.
Merry Christmas.
Just because you can afford to spend $700 on gifts, doesn't mean everyone can. Return the gift, get something for her within a more modest price range and buy yourself the Oakleys. It's the thought that counts, not how much you spend.

hahaha! You deserve it for thinking she is obliged to get you an expensive present just because you got her an expensive one.
Christmas is about giving, not getting. Try not to be selfish.
