Today, after I took my first set of exams, my professor posted on Twitter, scoffing at how stupid one student's answer was. The answer he quoted was one that I wrote. FML

At least he didn't name you specifically.

That's not right, he shouldn't post that kind of stuff about his students online.

You're allowed to follow your teachers on twitter?! We have a school policy against that O.o

My bio teacher has a like page for her students to follow, and my math teacher had a school only twitter

Thats unprofessional, even though he didn't expose you. Im more curious to if you passed your exam? If so, screw what the teacher has to say; you made it through!

That's not right. He should get in trouble for that.

Why would you broadcast your stupidity on FML?

It's a website that exposes people's awful lives to make other people laugh and feel better about their less awful lives. This is pretty much an anonymous website if you want it to be, so there's no reason he shouldn't be able to admit his level of embarrassment that his teacher caused him by his stupidity.

OP, your professor is so unprofessional, he doesn't deserve his job.

That sucks OP. He sounds like a dick. Exams are always stressful and fear of being ridiculed aren't going to make them easier. Maybe go and talk to him - privately - and tell him what he did was wrong? But, also, OP, if your college is like mine, there are 250+ students in lecture classes sometimes and he definitely wasn't trying to hurt you. Still sucks tho, FYL.

Bummer, happened to me once but the teacher talked about the answer in class not online.. Forget about it :)

you should comment back and say thank you you are such a good teacher I learned everything from you
