Today, after months of looking forward to my new fencing lessons and speculating endlessly about the people who might be in my class, I went to my first lesson. I was the only one who showed up. FML

Fencing = Social Suicide. Don't do it. Join a real sport. Football wrestling baseball basketball. Anyone of those is acceptable.

He wants to enjoy a sport that doesn't involve getting tangled up in other, sweaty men and doesn't encourage that 'good game, strictly platonic ass-pat', while at the same time sharpening his agility, reflexes, and quick thinking strategy skills... But that's not manly to you, I suppose?
