Today, an incredibly rude woman came in for a hairdressing appointment. I had to put up with being yelled at and called a "clumsy bitch," a "pleb," and other insults for almost half an hour. When I finally managed to finish her hair, instead of tipping me, she spat at my feet and stormed out. FML

Should've shaved her head. Or at least part of it.

And the next time she comes in... "Oopsy! Was that Nair? I thought it was conditioner! Haha! Silly me!"

I am a cosmetologist myself and have had clients like that, I politely put them in there place. I have had a few that did not get the point and asked them to leave, mid haircut. You simply can not let people treat you like that.

Sorry but all those saying she acted professionally it would've been more professional by warning her then asking her to leave. You have the right to refuse service to abusive and harassing customers. But I do feel sorry for you having a bad day :(

I'll never forget what the most reasonable manager I ever had said one day. "Aaron you need to realize some customers are just crazy."

I'm sure you weren't being a "clumsy bitch" or any of the other rude words she used- I work in retail and used to work in fast food, people are horrible sometimes. Keep in mind you have a right to not serve customers if you feel uncomfortable. Just smile and know karma is a bitch :)

If I was the manager I would have stopped that session and booted that bitch out of my salon.

Wow someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Possibly even on the floor

Karma is when she realizes she has no friends, her family disowned her miserable ass. She ends up sick and dies alone in her house, her corpse will fester there for years before it is discovered.

Management seriously didn't ask her to leave?
