Today, as a support worker, I spent 45 minutes making various attempts to calm a violent autistic kid. Just as soon as I was sure the crisis was over, he beat me as hard as he could with the "Things I Can Do When I'm Mad" book I'd given him. FML

How unfortunate. That, and a tad bit ironic. Perhaps he gave the book a good use after all.

Shoulda given him the book "how to make sweet passionate love to a woman".

I dont think that choice was in there but you should be grateful that they're using their imagination ;)

My friend punched a tard once.... He was dating her and she tried to beat the shit out of him after they broke up.... She wasn't fully retarded, just so dumb she was technically under the line for tard...

You're an offensive douche bag. Autism is not the same as retardation. Autistic people are, in fact, of higher than normal intelligence. Get your facts straight, asshole.

I made the effort of logging in specifically to tell you that you're a douchebag. That's how much of a douchebag you are.

A kid in my class has autism, he gets aggressive at little things, believes himself has mentally superior to everyone else, is a huge racist, gates gay people, believes relationships are for the weak-minded and cusses out his teachers and gets away with it, how can I NOT blame him?! People would say "oh he can't help it" well did you ever think that he is just using his disability as an accuse to manipulate others?

My twin brother has autism and he repeats things that others do. It could be possible that your classmate is just repeating what he sees/hears at home.

YDI, you patronising asshole.

they are not 'violent' they have their moments because every annoying thing we hear is multiplied by 10000000 so get your facts straight and start learning things about the people you are working with
