Free is free
If you can't report them somewhere make sure you tell friends and family not to go there to avoid the same thing happening to them
I think that if OP let it happen after the first minute of tweezing, then she doesn't really have the right to cause any trouble about it. Sure, the lady could have asked "Would it be okay if I tweezed your eyebrows, free of charge?" But I don't think the lady's intentions were malicious in nature.
Right cause fighting with someone who is holding tweezers near your eyes is always a good idea.
There is a term in America called "assault and battery". I think that assault is the intent to do harm to someone and battery is the touching of another person that is unwanted. Op, if you didn't mind the free treatment then there is no offense.
wow...obviously!
if they look good and were for free enjoy the moment
she rudely attacked this woman, it hurts you know against her permission, then told her she was hairy.
Well, look on the bright side, OP, you get to look good and it was for free. It's a win-win. :)
Walk out of there and never come back, 'cause that's just rude.
