that's when you stand up and have to be a bigger dick. say something like "well my dick's good enough for her so we'll be fine" or I don't know something like that to be a bigger asshole. or you can smile through your teeth and say "oh yeahh. fatherly love. greatttt" and kill him in your head. but I suggest option #1

I'm even more pissed at his parents and his relatives.. Of course part of 'everyone' include his relatives too. This could ruin their marriage, the guy feeling like her family dont him.. Best of luck. And happy looooong marriage! For life!

What he should do is sit there and take it like a man. The wife most likely is too good for him if everyone agrees, so he should just be happy that he is married to such a great person. If a comment like that ruins his marriage then they shouldn't have gotten married in the first place.
