If he didnt even look into it or give you a chance to explain you don't wanna work for someone like that anyways shows they have no professionalism

I have a hard time believing someone would do this unprovoked. Also, depending on your job, OP, you really should have locked your computer as others have mentioned. At my job, because I deal with personal information and have to obey HIPAA laws, we can get fired for NOT locking our computers when we leave our stations. But in all honesty, maybe you aren't that great to work with, and maybe we aren't getting the whole story here.
Because any company that provides company-based email has security measures, including locking your PC when you leave it, even if just for a moment.
