Today, behind a cabinet, I found a scratch-off lottery ticket I hadn't scratched yet. After scratching it off, I realized it's a $2,500 winner. The lottery commission won't accept it because they stopped using that game 2 years ago. FML

today I make my official daybew as a double dose of reality. As thus whenever I comment on an fml it will be a fyl and ydi, but don't worry they will both be completely valid, well thought out responses. so here I go: I'm going to have to say **** your life because it's not your fault that they canceled that type and it is unlucky that it was 2500$ even though it's a small amount, if it's a. big fuss to you, you must really need it. I'll also have to go with you deserve it, because you should keep better care of your things, know if one of several you bought is missing by keeping track of those items. Also nothing lasts for ever, so if your upset that it's no longer used, if it was from 2 years ago, you must assume it expired at the very least, so don't get your hopes up.

I couldn't agree more, I think it's a consensus that losing out 50 bucks or so is usually no big deal. But even most wealthy folks would get upset about losing out on $2500.

#101 & #104 yes this is fml but you have to realize that stupidity can only go so far, and the fml community will only put up with so much, if you both read #20 comment properly, it was full of spelling, and grammatical errors, and not to mention that most of his comment was incoherent babbling. He probably could of pulled it off if he had done it properly and kept it short.

The most positive spin I can put on this is that sure $2500 is good money, but not enough to buy a house or even a good car or anything like that. So more than likely anything you would have spent it on would have been used or otherwise expired by now as well..
