This is bullshit the same thing happened to me, there was NO DAMAGE at all, and she tried to say that her head slammed of the steering wheel because i hit her so hard now keep in mind I was in a cavalier and she had a ******* chevy blazer...

Ugh! This bitch causes a big wreck one rainy night...nearly KILLING me & an 18 year old boy in another car. She gets out, running circles around her minivan. Then, she lays on the ground & screams that she can't feel her legs! She didn't have insurance...of course. My car & the guys were totaled (he landed upside down after landing on my car & bouncing) but hers was BUMPED. I was sitting at a stop sign waiting to turn onto the road. She was turning onto the road I was on & she went to pull left when he was coming from the other way. He couldn't stop. Her lawyer called me to try to get me to sue HIM too! (She couldn't sue me bc I was at a stop sign...stopped or she would've tried, I'm sure.) I told him I'd be happy to talk with him. He hung up once I began. Then, not 2 weeks later, she nearly rammed me in the back...when I was in a different car! People are sue-happy, I swear! Good luck, OP! Hope nothing comes of this.

Well then she'd go to the hospital and they would tell her nothing is wrong if she played it up as much as you said. She can't sue you for anything.

I have a pain disorder. When I got hit I went to get checked out because of it. I did turn down the ambo though. I didn't sue. Just wanted my car repaired and my medical costs covered. The other driver''s insurance sent me a nuisance check which I sent back. Wasn't looking to make a profit. I am sharing this in hopes she was hysterical at the scene for a different reason and won't be looking to make a profit. There are people like that out there.

This happened to me last summer. The crazy old lady ended up suing. Thankfully she didn't win.

Well judging from the fact that a series of fender-benders (where there was little damage) have given me so many structured settlements (paychecks) that I no longer have to work, I'd say you're ******. Hope the lady doesn't have a good lawyer!
