Today, I blurted out something like "humdidumdum erm lalala" in public, attracting mystified stares. The thing is, I do this every time I remember something embarrassing I've said or done in the past, in an attempt to erase it out of my consciousness. So it happens a lot. FML

I do something like that too! But less noticeable. I think it's because I am focusing so much on what's happening on my mind that I forget the rest of the world for a moment and react as if I was alone. When you remember something you have been ashamed of, you live again the all the embarrassment from that moment I think
