Today, I bought my cats two new litter boxes in hopes that they would use them. They still prefer to pee on the clothes in my closet. FML

Hang your clothes up or put them in a dresser. If they're on the floor you're just asking for them to piss on them.

A couple steps you could take. 1) Keep anything off the floor or available that they would like to use. Close your bedroom door, keep them out of your closet, put your stuff away. 2) Clean everywhere they prefer to pee, REALLY WELL. Old scents will trigger them wanting to go there. 3) Get them fixed, if they are not already. 4) Get them checked for a UTI. My cats are well-trained, but when my female got a UTI, all that went out the window and she started pissing on everything. A few pills and a few days later, all was well again. Still ruined my silk jacket though...

I've had my cat for 4 years, I didn't have to train her. She just went to the litterbox on her own.
