You just had years of happiness stolen from you. I'm so sorry.

Omg how could she do that? She must not have any idea how priceless those items are to people who still have them these days. I'm so sorry OP! Maybe if you explain the situation to her she can track down the people she sold them to and get them back for you somehow.
A small part of me died whilst reading this...
I absolutely can see why you are upset, but she really meant it to be sweet.
this hurts the gamer in me...
Even if you live together it's still messed up to sell or throw out people's stuff without talking to them. My husband had an original PS that was beyond saving broken and he held on to it for years just in case. I didn't throw it out because it was his piece of junk. If I'd sold his beloved working collectible systems and games no matter the reason he'd probably divorce me now, let alone dump we when we were only dating.
OMG AWWWWQ NOOOO IM SORRY PS4 IS GOOD TOO BUT NOTHING BEATS N64
She should have paid out of her own pocket to get what she wanted for you.

Childhood Ruined... I'm so sorry
She probably (hopefully) had the best intentions, but that doesn't explain why she thought it was normal to sell someone else's possessions.
