Today, I came home from work to find the front door wide open, the stove on, my 5 year old cutting up the curtain, and my 2 year old smearing chocolate sauce on the floor. My fiancé was nowhere to be found. Later on, I got a text from him saying that he'd gone to watch the footy. FML

Honestly, I would say leave him, but really OP, you probably already knew he was capable of being like this, and are probably stupid enough to marry him anyway bc God forbid you have to be *gasp* a single mom! I mean really, it's unlikely he just started being a jackass overnight. You most likely deserve it.

Wow, child negligence. That is dangerous.. really obviously dangerous. I'd say not to leave him alone with your kids until he passes parenting classed or something, but it seems more selfish than ignorant. Good luck.

'footy' is short for football, which the Americans call 'soccer' just thought I'd clarify. I'm from the u.k and we call it footy/football :)

Well ur wrong soccer is called soccer in Australia and footy is called footy or football.. Two different sports!
