Ask him if the jokes are really needed, and maybe try and make up a new quip for him just so there's some variety. That is if humor about your sexuality is something you are ready for, since you did jut come out and there's a lot of bad reactions possible. Some people can joke about it, some people need some time to adjust and be sure that they are being taken seriously even if jokes are made, and some will never feel comfortable with jokes about sexuality. And your parents should respect how you feel about that.
