Today, I cleaned the toilet so vigorously that I snapped the handle of the brush. I laughed and told the rest of my family. Instead of joining in on the hilarity, my mother screamed, "We have had that toilet brush for twenty-six years!" FML

That's disgusting. I throw mine out after one use..same with plungers and anything I use on the tiolet. Why keep that nasty stuff around? They're not that expensive!

You on the other extreme. Mysophobia isn't a good thing. Instead of wasting money like that, why not keep it until you need a new one like a normal person and donate your extra cash to charity?

I live paycheck to paycheck, I don't have extra money. I barely ever need a toilet brush nor a plunger. Sorry...my toilet doesn't get that dirty. I usually use sponges that I've had for awhile for my dishes to clean the toilet. Do you donate?
