Today, I decided that I was going to get my front license plate put back on my car after two years of having it off. In these two years I somehow never got pulled over for it, as it is illegal to drive without one in MD. On my way there, I got pulled over for not having a front license plate. FML

Why did you drive without the plate for two years? o.O

Can't you put your plates on by yourself?

Obviously there does not seem to be a lot of car enthusiasts on FML because most of the guys, including myself intentionally run without front plates because it ruins the front end of the car. I have been pulled over once and got a warning, but just put a new rub strip on and had a front end respray so there is no way that I am going to mess it up by drilling more holes in to put a stupid front plate on. I could just use zip ties, but still, it looks better without.

Woooo! MD baby! But seriously, YDI for it taking you that long.

Lmao. Irony, it'll get you every time. xD And people bitching about this one, relax, will ya? They're not looking for pity (well, if they are, too bad) they're just explaining a funny/shitty situation, which is exactly what FML is supposed to be.

you couldn't put your stupid license plate on by yourself, all it takes it 2 minutes and a screwdriver
