8 & 11 are morons. Its completely legal to do whatever you want with a picture that is given to you unless there's a specific contract prohibiting redistribution. It would only be illegal if their girlfriends at the time were unaware to the images being taken in the first place. Since the boyfriends aren't making a profit, they don't even need to obtain consent from the models (the girlfriends).
