to those who think it's legal to post nude photos of others, you are all morons. it's illegal. its legal to take nude photos with the persons consent and everything, but the limit is stopped at personal use. if you distribute the photos without the consent of the other party, even if they were willing to take the photo at the moment and know that you have such photos on hands, its still illegal. so, unless all those girls know that they are all over the internet, posing nude, they can sue their "ex boyfriends" who distributed the photos in the first place. FYL for having such a creep boyfriend.

I didn't know Joe Francis was out if jail.

just a tad clarification #28, 51 and 59, while yes i totally agree 51 and 59 that it is illegal what this guy is doing, you don't have to ask for permission for EVERY photo taken. For example, the paparazzi. What they do is stupid, in my opinion, and perhaps annoying, but it's not illegal. Especially for celebrities in the public eye. Also, as a journalist for my school paper, we had a few issues w/ photos, especially as the paper is online, too. If you're at a public event where you could potentially be seen by anyone, than having your photo taken and put into print or put online is not illegal. That being said, I doubt these women were on stage when these pictures were taken. Pics from the privacy of one's bedroom are def NOT allowed to be published w/o permission, or any other type of closed or invite-only event. OP, you should totally report him.

#3 shut up, you have enough time to comment on this FML, so stop trying to act cool for people on the internet.

Morally wrong, possibly. As for the legality of it, as long as the girl is over 18 and gave the picture as a gift it is entirely up to the receiver as to where the photo goes. The exboyfriend cannot be sued as long as the picture was not sold for money or used for black-mail purposes. In the event a girl asks for the picture to be removed and the boyfriend says "Okay, but only if you..." legal action can follow. And owning the site doesn't make the OP's boyfriend a creeper, just an intelligent man who found an easy way to make money.

The problem is that her boyfriend is getting tons of pictures of other nude girls! Nobody wants that

lol at #1, but just don't let him take pictures of you. also, watch out for cameras during sex, coz then.....(dun dun dunnnnnn)

so don't pose for him... and @ # 69 she could ask him to stop that or just dump him... he seems like an idiot anyway...

If it's revenge for cheating or simply dumping them immediately for another guy, the girls on that site had it coming.
