Hey #75, he isn't making money off the pictures, he is making them off ads. Maybe if you had any idea what you were talking about your point would be valid. It is legal, dumb sh*t. Same goes for all of you saying "It's illegal, sue him," how about you all go learn yourselves a book called "U.S. Law." I'm fairly sure the FML is that know she feels she must stay with this guy, not that she thinks the guy is some ****-mongering creeper.

Just remember not to let him take nude pictures of you in case things don't work out so well :P I doubt it's illegal to do this...as long as the parties involved are 18 and own the pictures. If it was illegal, lawyer ads would go something like this: "Have you had embarrasing photos of yourself tagged on Facebook? Just realized you left nude pictures of yourself in your ex-boyfriend's room? Did someone post up a photo of you on myspace and you looked fat in it, and they wouldn't take another one at more of an angle? No need to worry, we will sue them and win you large sums of money! Lawyer & Lawyer, for the people."
