if you gave him any nude pics of yourself, you deserve it

Hey #75, he isn't making money off the pictures, he is making them off ads. Maybe if you had any idea what you were talking about your point would be valid. It is legal, dumb sh*t. Same goes for all of you saying "It's illegal, sue him," how about you all go learn yourselves a book called "U.S. Law." I'm fairly sure the FML is that know she feels she must stay with this guy, not that she thinks the guy is some ****-mongering creeper.

8 and 11, i'm pretty sure it is thre was stuff about it on the nuse ILLEGAL = if you a minor, obviously ILLEGAL = if you are an adult that hasn't given permission i think it's like a 'making money off of something you didn't pay for/ something that is not your property' i may be wrong, i just feel like i've heard that somewhere tell me if i'm wrong, but don't be a dick about it, because i'm not saying that i am positive of this =]

He's probably making a good amount of money off that site if it's popular, could be a rich man someday. Just remember not to let him take nude pictures of you in case things don't work out so well :P I doubt it's illegal to do this...as long as the parties involved are 18 and own the pictures. If it was illegal, lawyer ads would go something like this: "Have you had embarrasing photos of yourself tagged on Facebook? Just realized you left nude pictures of yourself in your ex-boyfriend's room? Did someone post up a photo of you on myspace and you looked fat in it, and they wouldn't take another one at more of an angle? No need to worry, we will sue them and win you large sums of money! Lawyer & Lawyer, for the people."

#93, 'whether', and the sentence should say either 'Whether or not the boyfriends are making money off them,' or 'Whether the boyfriends are making money off them or not.' Saying both makes you sound like you lack basic language skills. #91, the boyfriend claims he received the pictures as a gift, there is a defense. If the picture has the girl in an erotic pose or HOLDING THE CAMERA, the defense stands. Models sign release forms because it is proof they knew the pictures were being taken for distributing purposes and waive the right to distribute the pictures themselves. The girl being considered right 98% of the time regardless(note the spelling of the word #93) of the circumstances is a violation of the Equal Rights Amendment to the Constitution, thank you for bringing that to light. And the Site Owner is not distributing the pictures and is in no way liable for the pictures posted their as long as he has all posters on the site agree to a terms of service form, nice try though, want a cookie?

Ha ha, if he gets caught, he's in a lot of trouble. Especially if any of those girls are under 18.
