Today, I discovered my boyfriend of 5 months runs a website where men can submit nude or semi nude pictures of their ex's for revenge. FML

It is illegal, to those who say that as long as he's not using it to make money. He is, websites aren't free, so he'd need ads, with ads he'd probably get extra revenues, meaning that he's MAKING MONEY. Turn his @ss in.

If she is under 18 it is deff illegal. A girl in my area sent nude photos to a friend and he sent them around and he is now in some major trouble.

Brilliant idea for revenge, as unethical as it may be. And hey, it can't be illegal if the men still have those pictures of their exes. The pictures are technically theirs to do what they want with. This is why you don't make "homemade ****" or take dirty pictures in a relationship that might end.
