#28- that IS illegal. legally you can't publish or use anyone's picture on ANYTHING without their consent. taking a nude/semi nude photo for a boyfriend does NOT mean that the girls have consented to their picture being posted or OTHERWISE distributed...you moron. Pretty sure legality depends on what country you're in. I think it's legal in America. If the chick GIVES you nude pics of herself then she was dumb enough to trust you. As long as you don't use it for blackmail how could it be illegal? On the other hand if your girlfriend is under 18 then you're both guilty for child ****. America is a silly, silly country.

Well according to everything I have read it isn't Illegal to post the pictures as long as the person knew they were being taken at the time, your over the age of 18 and you don't put them up to make money. If you profit from the picture then you need consent but then that only applies to certain countries. Overall though if you took and own the picture then it's yours to do what you wish.
