I feel bad for u. Because who ever told u to wear that dress is a bitch because u could have died
It sucks that you passed out and got slapped for it, but if you knowning wore a dress too tight for you, you can't complain when something like this happens. It isn't like you put on the dress and it fit perfectly, then when the wedding started it was too tight for you.
If her sister was bridezilla enough to slap her for passing out, one can assume she was horrid enough to make her maids wear too-tight dresses because she wanted them to look bad/wanted them to lose weight.
I feel sorry for OP's brother-in-law :S
That little bitch
That's really awful that your sister would treat you that way. If you were a bridesmaid and didn't pick your dress, or chose it a while before the wedding and went through a weight fluctuation and couldn't buy another one on short notice, then it is in absolutely no way your fault. Even if you did know it was too tight, your sister shouldn't have reacted the way she did. FYL.
Why would you get a dress that's THAT tight? Sounds like you were trying to at least get some attention.
Wow... I'm honestly amazed by the amount of callous and disrespectful comments on this post. To all the "bridezillas-to-be" who place blame on the sister for fainting, let me ask you this; who in the hell wants to faint on ANY day? I've passed out in public (from hunger and exhaustion), and it terrified me. I came to, and was crying and shaking, completely mortified. If I had experienced this and then my sister had the NERVE to act like a little drama queen and slap me, I would have freaked out. The fact is, many people are claiming the OP to be selfish, or that the bride had a right to freak out at her because she made bad memories on her wedding day, but in reality, the bride made it worse herself. If she had handled the situation with aplomb, taking caring of the sister and drawing attention back to the ceremony, she would have earned the respect of all the attendants, including her husband to be. Instead, she showed herself to be childish and selfish, concerned only with herself and not the wellbeing of others. Frankly, I wouldn't consider this a person worthy of marriage or parenthood, and I hope the bride's fiancee realized this too.

Slap her back, just because it's her wedding day, doesn't mean the world revolves around her...
What a bitch! Bridzillaaaaaa
