I don't understand why many women think that their wedding is all about them. Yes, it's one of the most important day for you, but people still exist despite the fact that it's your wedding. Brides who get mad that the spotlight was taken from them are just unrealistic, melodramatic, divas.
A lot of preparation goes into a wedding, so I don't entirely blame your sister for being upset. If the dress was too tight in the first place, you should have had done something about it when you first put it on. It's sweet if you were trying to suck it up for your sister on her day, but NOT at the expense of your comfort/well-being. Granted, she really shouldn't have slapped you.
A lot of planning does go into a wedding, but it is NEVER perfect. If my sister fainted at my wedding, I wouldn't be upset at her ruining anything. I'd be upset that she blacked out and would insist she got medical attention, then resume with the wedding once she's alright.
Maybe you should have gotten a bigger dress?
If I was her I would have slapped you too. Perhaps if you wouldn't have been chain swallowing twinkies and had gone on a diet your dress wouldn't have been tight. This is something that you could have prevented. Seeing as you didn't means you deserved this.
Maybe it was a corset type dress. You know, they are meant to be overly tight. And even if she wasn't wearing one of those, it's not your place to judge, you ass.
Your sister is a rotten bitch. But you should have said something about your dress being too tight.
It's pretty obvious then that she's an over-obsessive, conceided, and attention-needed bitch.
Why was your dress so tight? That's my question. if you gained that much weight in between the wedding and the fitting, then it should've been noticeable and you should've opted to wear another dress. Even if you're a part of the wedding party, you still shouldn't have worn a dress that inhibits you from breathing.

Slap her back, just because it's her wedding day, doesn't mean the world revolves around her...
