I get that teaching the same material over and over again can get dull quickly. But I'm sure there are coffee shops in Germany, so YDI for not getting caffeinated enough to plow ahead anyway.

You submitted yourself to this. You messed up, and released that to the public. Stop defending yourself every time a commenter you're never going to meet puts you down. It's all in good fun, so when you do this it just makes you look pretty immature, especially for a teacher.

Why detain someone for sleeping in class? Wouldn't extra time sitting in a classroom serving detention just exacerbate the problem?
