I find it hard to believe that you can mistake the two. regardless of the label, most spray paint cans have a spot of color, the same as what's inside, on the spray nozzle.
#74 Their computer was probably on screen saver at that point, and she just closed it as it was. Or maybe they had Photoshop minimized, so she didn't see they were working on something. Either way... FYL. :( OP... next time, check the can first. AND spray onto a scrap paper first just to be extra sure, and to get out any possible clumps that formed in the tube. YDI.
If you spent so much time and effort on it, it should have occurred to you that you better be particularly careful.
