That's why I couldn't write a diary when I was younger (though I still don't). My mum would have read it. I once wrote my thoughts down after a shitter of a day and my mum 'found it' despite it being hidden away.

I agree with 65- diaries are a stupid thing to keep. There's only one place you can keep private info. It's called your head. If its written down, someone will find it someday.
