Hi this is OP. First off, my daughter is not pregnant. She has been going to school sex ed classes since she was 11, apparently they don't explain how someone gets pregnant in enough detail. She told me she's a virgin, though she thought she wasn't because she was "having sex" with the showerhead. Apparently one of her friends had told her masturbation counts as sex.

panic can make you do strange things. for example i once was convinced i was pregnant aftet missing a period for 7 weeks. kind of impossible if you havent had sex for over a year but still you miss a period your brain goes striaght to pregnant.

Not a lot of schools teach sex ed. And most parents wait for the talk once a girl hits her period. Maybe OPs daughter hasn't got it yet.

theres plenty of places for a kid to get misconceptions about sex. watching soaps, gossip from friends, overhearing adults talking, reading books and the web, stumbling over ****. as soon as a kid asks questions about sex thr talk should happen no matter how young they are. you just tailor it ti suit.

She's obviously not pregnant by the shower head, but she may be pregnant from something (someone) else. This might not be a laughing matter at all.
