If sex ed doesn't work, then why do the states that have abstinence only educations have the highest teen pregnancy rates? Maybe it's because comprehensive sex ed works.

Or maybe it's because when you tell a bunch of hormonal rebellious teenagers they're not supposed to do something they usually go out of their way to do it.

@238 so true, Mississippi is the most prudish conservative state in the US, with pretty much all abstinence only programs, and surprise surprise, also the highest teen pregnancy rates. Ironically their odd behavior of telling teens that sex is some how immoral is driving them to do it like rabbits, and unprotected too!
