I'm also sure you're not going to want to work there anymore so you're going to want to try to figure out a way to either move within your company or get a severance package.

Plan your escape, she must already have a plan. Don't look like the dummy! Get a new bank account. Get your kids birth certificates in your possession. Get things transferred in your name only. The car and other purchases. Find those receipts. For things like computers and shit. Make sure you gather your keepsakes. Keep things ready if it goes sour. Also get evidence of the cheat.
