It may be unfair, but it is a Mans World. Sometimes we just have to suck it up and deal with it. If you try to fight it, you very well may make things much worse.

Every female working anywhere is always paid 15% less than the actual pay they should be getting. There's nothing you can do, but it is incredibly stupid. Even if you were in a higher position than your male co-workers, you'd still make less than them.

You get full pay on maternity leave, you get paid for being pregnant, it's not possible for men, and you're complaining about a pay difference that might not even have anything to do with you being a woman, they might have more years than you, they might have gotten raises, you can't simply jump to the conclusion that you're being discriminated against
