Today, I found out that, although I have the same job title and complete the same work as my male colleagues, I get paid 15% less, purely because I'm a girl. FML

I am not saying this is the case, but I have three questions. Do they do their work better than you do yours? Do they have more experience than you or more time served? Are you sure it is just because you are female? You did not mention what your job is but 15% difference with the same title is not uncommon where I work.

YOU NEED TO FREAK OUT ABOUT THAT!!! (unless those other factors exist like other people mentioned i.e. they've been working longer, or they actually just asked for raises more often).
