Today, I found out that I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Tomorrow, I'm supposed to be leaving for Paris with my college abstinence group for a year. FML

Great job lying to a whole bunch of people dedicated to avoiding having sex, one of the hardest things to do at their age. *****. YDI.

Just when did you join this abstinence group? O_o

Haha, are you serious? I think I must repeat what somebody said once long ago: "I swear, it's like some people post just to get YDI clicks"

ugh ugh ughgghhhhh YDI anyone who would join an 'abstinence group' at all is really gross but x100 grossness when they have sex while in it eewwwwww ydi

Your a fucktard for thinking someone's gross just for joining an abstinence group. Just saying. @OP: YDI.

You made the choice to have sex, and now you have to live with the consequences. Yeah we all make mistakes, but just like any other choice, if we made it then the consequences we deserve. Take responsibility and deal with your choice. Oh and about all the abortion arguments, other than those select few situations like rape or when the mother would actually die when the fetus isn't removed, abortion is always a very selfish thing. It's either to hide what you did, or to avoid actually paying the price. Either way though, you are denying someone a chance to live life just so you can serve yourself. Sure they won't know the difference, but remember you all started life as an embryo and then a fetus as well. If we could go back in time and abort any of you I don't think we'd get any volunteers (and I know someone will probably say they wouldn't care, but that's really just cause they know this offer would never actually happen to them). Yeah again, there may be a select few scenarios where the argument of abortion isn't so cut and dry, but the majority of abortions that take place are just a result of someone not wanting the baby or someone trying to hide the fact that they've been having sex. Though some will try to dispute that, or just insult me to avoid creating a logic argument, that really is the truth. Most people generally say running from your problems only makes them worse so it's better to just face them head on. Well, people who have sex and have unplanned pregnancies should try that.

That is ******* bullshit, just because you think so, it shouldn't happen? It isn't your life that will be ruined because of an accident, it's her life choice, so don't go and cry about shit like that and think you are high and mighty because you think you know the way of life.

As I suspected, just insulting me, not actually defeating my arguments, and that's because you can't. You know as well as I do that other than those few exceptions it is a very selfish act and a way to avoid taking responsibility for your choices.

Great to know you made the right choice for your little boy. I've never heard a story about a person regretting keeping their child. Sure some wish they hadn't let themselves get pregnant as young, but they still love the child. Even if you had to put the child up for adoption and not even raise him/her you would still be able to live life knowing that you made the right decision. However stories about women who have abortions and later have regrets, yeah you hear about that all the time.

You probably don't hear a bunch of stories about people regretting keeping their child (as in not aborting) because, well, take a look at how many kids are in foster care. Not a pretty number or system at all. You also hear a lot of people regretting abortion because of the stigma placed on them for being "baby killers" and all this other asinine bullshit.

Maybe your life wasn't ruined, but plenty of others were. One quarter of all pregnancies worldwide end in abortion. Think of how much pain that has saved women who simply couldn't handle any more.

abort that baby! We don't need any more whiny, shitty, ugly assed kids in this world anyway

NO SRS GUYS I'MA VIRGIN IT WAS JUST GOD WHO APPEARED AND WAS LIKE "WHAZAMM! BABY!"

Paris is real pretty. It's abortion time!

Why did you join an abstinense group if you're not absinent?
