He's probably sheltered and raised to believe that sex is a bad thing and his parents ensure that their 20 yr old has the brain of a 9 yr old. I knew a guy who was 17 and thought that males and females had the same parts and his parents were proud! of that. I suggest you find someone else if you want someone who'll be sexually active with you.
