Today, I found out that my 50-year-old Father is the 'Sugar Daddy' to a 20-year-old. He wasted my college funds on her, which I have been dutifully saving for ever since I was 10. FML

let me think here... in Oklahoma it's 16 with parents consent. and in either Kentucky or tenesee it's either 12 or 14

#27 That would be one hell of a coincidence. Also, OP, he has to pay it back. Otherwise you have her arrested for prostitution, him arrested for soliciting a prostitute/minor (if she has been under-age at any point), and theft. If he doesn't pay it back, I'd say this is one case where you are allowed to put your feet to his overused happy sacks. She's a *****, he's a bastard, You get your money back, or you sue and win.

Wow, what a good reply, I am properly chastised and will stand in line with the other beggars holding up my hand. Actually, my parents opened my first bank account for me when I was 6. I opened my first savings account when I got my first job at age 12, no parents necessary. Seems that y'alls laws suck then! For the 'land of the free' your laws suck!

But you're assuming the OP is 18 or older...If he or she hasn't started college yet it's a safe bet the OP is only 16 or 17. Therefore he/she wouldn't have moved out yet.

You know #41, you say that the children should pay back parents for having to raise them, but children didn't have any choice in being born. Parents NEVER have the right to complain about having to raise children. If they didn't want children then they should have taken proper preventative measures, or not had sex at all.
