Today, I found out that the engineers I work with believe that a woman with an engineering degree working in an engineering company is apparently equivalent to a "secretary for engineers." I am that woman. FML

I agree I don't think woman should have leadership rolls in certain career fields. Such as in my job, the marine corps, I dont think woman should be ok charge. And they def shouldn't fight in the war. I'm not tryin to start a fight on here. I'm just adding my opinion

Yeah, I agree. We all know that when women need to make a decision they write them down next to the numbers, take a dice, insert it into ******, shake around a bit, release it and then the number decides what they do. If they try to even think about the decisions their ovaries take over the body and block it.
