There's always a chance you're carrying something, since certain STIs don't have symptoms in men. Pretty selfish to not wear a condom if you've never been checked, since you might be unknowingly infecting women (who WILL experience symptoms).

Condoms will not prevent stds like herpes and crabs. these stds are transferred by the area around the genitals coming into contact with one another. I'm not trying to justify that it is partially OPs fault. Just saying a condom would not have prevented the spread of said rash.
